What is the difference between Bluenest and traditional property agents?

Traditional agents typically charge a fee of 2-4% due to their high operating and marketing costs and may require down payment from clients prior property closures. Here at Bluenest, clients will not be required to make any payment prior sales. Additionally, Bluenest uses data and tech to streamline the traditional role of a 1-man agent into specialized departments. Being more efficient in the process, we are able to pass on the cost savings to you hence charging only 1% fee when you sell your HDB with us.

Do you charge GST?

Yes, Bluenest is a GST registered company. Commission rates quoted are not inclusive of prevailing GST rate.

Do I have to pay commission up front to sell my HDB flat?

You do not have to pay up front, agent commission for selling your HDB flat is only payable after we have successfully sold your flat!
