1.

Part of referral amount will only be issued upon successful exclusive agreement signed (can either be rental or sale).Remainder will be issued upon completion of transaction.

The referrer cannot refer him/herself to Bluenest to sell or rent out his/her house with Bluenest.

3.

A referred friend may only use one Bluenest referral.

4.

All referrals will be subject to verification by Bluenest team. Bluenest has the right to turn down any referee  if deemed illegal, invalid, incorrect, incomplete or not genuine.

5.

All referrals must be based in Singapore, and are eligible to sell ore rent out their respective properties, as expressed by HDB and URA regulations.

6.

Referees must explicitly indicate name of the referrer before signing of an exclusive agreement with Bluenest for the referral to be considered valid. This can be communicated and confirmed through, and not limited to emails, phone messages and physical writing.

The referral program is only applicable to agreements signed with Bluenest from the launch of this program, dated 01 Jan 2025.

Amount will be transferred to referrer within 14 days of agreement signed date and 14 days of transaction completion.

Bluenest reserves the right to update the terms and conditions expressed in the Bluenest Referral Website, and/or to stop this program without any prior notice.

9.

A referrer may refer multiple referees to Bluenest.

11.

Bluenest reserves the right to suspend users if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Bluenest Terms of Service. Bluenest reserves the right toto review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
